Consumer Insights

Now, as co-founder of Humblee, she's helping brands it a step further by getting companies video content to keep their customers engaged. Join us as she shares her approach for getting the best insight. Some Takeaways:
- Her best practice: Go out there and have some "safe" and "natural" conversations. If the interviewee feels like it's a judgement-free zone and you let the conversation evolve, the consumer will give you insight you would have never gotten otherwise.
- Her approach: Be direct - especially with "tough" questions.
- Her tip to other entrepreneurs: Stay in touch with your customer. It's easy to get so involved in your day-to-day and forget for whom and why you're building a solution.
*OOPS! I say customer engagement instead of customer insights twice at the beginning of the interview. I love the video anyway - I'm sure you will as well.
